# How to Farm PACIFIC

You will need to have PACIFIC-MATIC LP tokens from QuickSwap DEX before being to stake them on the platform to farm PACIFIC. Please read our guide [here](/pacific-defi/products/staking-and-farming-on-polygon/providing-liquidity.md) on providing liquidity. There are no fees with staking, and no lock period. Harvested rewards can be claimed at any time

**Step 1:** Visit [www.pacific-defi.com](https://pacificdefi.gitbook.io/pacific-defi/products/staking-and-farming-on-polygon/www.pacific-defi.com)

**Step 2:** Click 'LAUNCH APP' button 

**Step 3:** Click 'Liquidity Pools' tab

**Step 4:** Make sure you are connected to Polygon network

**Step 5:** Click the arrow to expand the 'PACIFIC-MATIC-LP' pool

**Step 6:** Enter the amount of PACIFIC-MATIC-LP tokens you would like to stake, press 'Deposit to Vault'. MetaMask will ask you to approve the transaction. Submit the transaction and wait a few seconds until it is confirmed by the network 

**Step 7: Congratulations! You have just learned how to swap tokens on DEX QuickSwap, provide liquidity to receive LP tokens, and now you have deposited your LP tokens to start Farming PACIFIC!**
